This session's target was a picture of a raft full of tourists
rushing down the Gauley River in West Virginia. In the picture,
the raft had just hit a large rock in the center of the river.
Immediately after beginning the session, the viewer perceived
a wet environment. The viewer heard sounds of crashing, felt cold
temperatures, and perceived long, sloping water combined with
energetics of spinning and a vortex. The viewer identified the
sight as that of water rapids, and declared that he perceived
a raft trip on the water, with rocks and slippery surfaces surrounded
by swift moving water. He perceived the concept of danger. He
also perceived foamy textures. He perceived the emotions from
the participants of the raft trip to be a combination of fear,
fascination, alertness, and exhilaration. He drew the sketch linked
below. In the sketch, he drew what he perceived as a large rock
that the raft had just smashed into.
